Matcha is a premium green tea powder which is made in Japan, used for drinking as tea or as an ingredient in recipes.
Prepare the ‘DRIED KONYAKU’ as instructed on the packet
Make Matcha paste. Put Matcha powder and 25ml of hot water in a small bowl and mix well
(Adjust the thickness by adding hot water until you have a smooth paste)
Add soya milk to the saucepan and bring to the boil and turn off the heat
Add Matcha paste and sugar to the pan and whisk well
Add prepared Konyaku to the pan and stir well
Serve into 2 bowls then top with azuki beans and sesame seeds
Can be served hot or cold. Enjoy!
