Ingredients
1/2 packet of DRIED KONYAKU – Shirataki Noodles
5-6 King prawn (uncooked is recommended but cooked is ok)
1/4 red onion, finely sliced
1 spring onion, finely chopped
1/2 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped (or a little bit of dry chilli)
1-2 coriander (or parsley), finely chopped, a bit of leaves for topping
Ingredients for sauce
3 tbsp fresh lime (or lemon) juice
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sugar (or agave syrup, honey etc)
1 tbsp water
Directions
1Prepare DRIED KONYAKU noodles as instructed
2If the king prawn is uncooked, prepare the boiled water in a pan, put a little bit of salt and put in the king prawn. Boil it for about 2 minutes and adjust it depending the size of the prawn. Don’t boil it too much as it makes the prawn too hard.
3Mix the sauce in a mixing bowl first, then put all the ingredients and mix well
4Serve it on a plate and top with a bit of leaves. Enjoy!
