Ingredients for sauce
3 tbsp fresh lime (or lemon) juice
 2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sugar (or agave syrup, honey etc)
 1 tbsp water

2

If the king prawn is uncooked, prepare the boiled water in a pan, put a little bit of salt and put in the king prawn. Boil it for about 2 minutes and adjust it depending the size of the prawn. Don’t boil it too much as it makes the prawn too hard.

Mix the sauce in a mixing bowl first, then put all the ingredients and mix well
