This Dried Konyaku is good to use as a dessert so I made here an Asian taste recipe. A beautiful combination of summer fruits and Konyaku.
Please have a try this with a glass of sparkling water (or prosecco!)

Prepare the ‘DRIED KONYAKU’ as instructed on the packet
Dip a dried rice paper in water and spread it on a wet surface (or follow the instruction on product)
Spread some mangos, pears, kiwi fruits and mint leaves on the centre of the rice paper
Spread some konyaku on the fruits
Roll up tight, but carefully not to break the rice paper
Cut into one bite size and present on a plate decorated with some raspberry, lime and mint
Tip 1. Any soft fruits such as peach, papaya etc… would match the recipe
Tip 2. Try to enjoy with fruit jam like raspberry jam, if you like
